Return
At Craffty, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products and offer returns.
Customers have the option to return their Craffty purchases within a 7-day period from the date of receipt if they are dissatisfied.
Please be aware that “Change of Mind” , “Change of Color” or chosing different product variation in return will not be accepted. Return policy is only applicable in terms of wrong item shipping. Any Damaged, theft or lost issue will fall under product insurance policy described below.

In order to be eligible for a return, certain requirements must be met.
- Please make sure the item is unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The item should be securely packed in its original packaging.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are not included. Alternatively, you can independently ship the item to our warehouse or office address, with a small fee for returns processing in this situation.
Rejecting an order upon delivery is considered a return and standard return fees will be applied. We suggest canceling your order prior to delivery to avoid these fees.
Insurance & Refund Policy (If Applicable)
Insurance (if applicable):
- We offer insurance for damaged, theft or lost item during shipping.
- Please note that We are partnered with Route and all insurance claims will be directly fulfilled by them.
- Please Keep documents or evidences such as delivery receipt, broken/damaged product photo or video during unpacking for successful insurance claim.
- Route will charge 1-2% of your total cart value and it will be reflected in the cart total and checkout.
- To claim your insurance you must have to turn on Route package protection during checkout.
- If you meet Route’s all criteria, Route will reorder the item at your address on behalf of you at no cost or refund you upon certain conditions such as, product stock out.
- Please read carefully Route’s Package Protection Policy and their Order Issue Resolution before claiming your insurance.
- You can contact Route by installing their App from Play store & Apple store or by visiting Route’s official site.
When repacking your items, please be cautious to prevent any damage during the return shipping process. If any items arrive damaged upon delivery, please remember to take photos of them before returning.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Please note that gift cards cannot be refunded. After receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we proceed with the following steps.
- You will receive a notification once we have safely received your returned item(s).
- If any items are damaged during the return process, we will provide you with images of these items.
- Any applicable return shipping fees, return processing fees, and the value of damaged items during return delivery (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
- The final refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you can expect to see the credited amount within 7-14 business days.

Late Refund (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund within 14 business days, please follow these steps.
- Please ensure that you review your bank account for any potential refunds.
- Please contact your credit card company regarding any potential delays in the posting of your refund to your account.
- Please contact your bank, as they may have a processing time before the refund is officially completed.
