Shipping 

All orders are subject to product availability.

Usually the delivery time is 5-7 days but it becomes 10-12 days depending on the stock and availability. If a product is stocked out, We take pre-order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered.

Additional taxes and charges 

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. The product prices are updated including all taxes. There may be additional taxes for delivery in Switzerland, Norway and Canada.  If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of your order. We are partnered with Route and we offer insurance for lost, damaged or theft products during shipping.
