How do I know that my products are arriving in time?
The product estimated delivery time is well described on the certain product page. You will get notified through email for every order you make and the tracking details when orders are shipped. Go to My Account> Login>Orders. There you will get order details and tracking details for every products you purchased.
Where can I see my invoices?
You can find your invoices in email & by login into your account.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Product price and shipping charge is clearly stated in the cart total and before checkout. We provide insurance for lost, theft or damaged product during shipping. We have partnered with "Route" for insurance claim. The insurance charge is as low as 1-2%. The insurance charge will show in the checkout before you click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
